Order Processing Time

It is the time elapsed between the customer placing the order and the seller delivering the order to the delivery service.

At FUNPRO, we are proud of our speed and focus. Our goal is to deliver your item as soon as possible. Generally, orders will be processed within 1 working day -24 hours and shipped within 4-6 working days after completion. Weekend orders may be delayed.

Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In these situations, we ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Shipping 

At FUNPRO, we hope to convey warmth to you as soon as possible. The order will be processed within 4-6 working days and shipped after order confirmation and payment. Weekend orders may be delayed.

If ordering on weekends or public holidays in China, orders from the United States will be processed on the first working day after the public holiday.

We will ship your heated clothing from China or the United States. Order warehouses within the United States. In the United States of America, goods should be delivered within 4-6 working days.

We will ship your heated clothing from China for ordering within the UK. The project should be delivered within 6-14 natural days.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please get in touch with us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delays due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please get in touch with us via email at customers@funpro.cc; we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
